BioRePeelCl3® - Aesthetica Skin Centre

BioRePeelCl3®

BioRePeelCl3 is an advanced, biphasic chemical peel designed to promote skin renewal, improve texture and restore a smoother, more refreshed complexion. Combining trichloroacetic acid (TCA) with a blend of complementary ingredients, the treatment offers a distinctive approach to professional skin exfoliation and rejuvenation.

Unlike traditional peeling formulations, BioRePeel uses a two-phase delivery system developed to combine exfoliating activity with ingredients intended to support skin hydration and comfort.

What is BioRePeel?

BioRePeelCl3 is a professional chemical peeling treatment developed by CMed Aesthetics in Italy. Its formulation contains trichloroacetic acid (TCA), together with other exfoliating acids, amino acids and vitamins.

The treatment uses a patented biphasic formulation consisting of a water-based phase containing the active ingredients and a lipid-based phase. These phases are mixed immediately before application, creating a formulation designed to promote skin renewal while moderating the effects of exfoliation.

TCA works by producing controlled chemical exfoliation within the skin. This initiates a renewal response that encourages the removal of damaged surface cells and subsequent regeneration. Depending on the treatment formulation and application, chemical peeling may also stimulate processes involved in collagen remodelling.

BioRePeel is commonly selected to improve dullness, uneven texture, superficial pigmentation and the appearance of early skin ageing. Its combination of ingredients makes it an option for clients seeking skin refinement with potentially less visible peeling than conventional TCA treatments, although individual reactions vary.

Who is BioRePeel For?

BioRePeel may be considered for skin affected by dullness, uneven texture, superficial pigmentation, congestion and early signs of ageing.

It can be incorporated into treatment programmes focused on improving skin clarity, smoothness and overall appearance. However, suitability depends on the condition of the skin, pigmentation risk and treatment history.

At Aesthetica, peel selection is based on individual skin requirements rather than the strength or popularity of a particular treatment.

What to Expect

During treatment, the formulation is applied to cleansed skin using a controlled application technique. A mild tingling, warming or stinging sensation may occur.

BioRePeel is often associated with relatively limited visible peeling, although temporary redness, tightness, dryness or flaking can occur. More pronounced irritation, peeling or pigmentation changes are also possible with TCA-based treatments.

Some clients may notice improved skin smoothness and brightness following treatment, while more persistent concerns generally require a progressive treatment plan.

Appropriate aftercare, including gentle skincare and daily broad-spectrum sun protection, is essential following treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions:

BioRePeel contains two distinct phases: a water-based phase containing the active ingredients and a lipid-based phase. These are combined before application. The manufacturer designed this system to balance chemical exfoliation with ingredients intended to support skin comfort and hydration.
Not exactly. Although BioRePeel contains TCA, it uses a different formulation and delivery system from conventional single-agent TCA peels. The depth of treatment and recovery response cannot be determined by TCA concentration alone.
Not necessarily. Some clients experience little visible peeling, while others develop dryness or flaking. The absence of visible peeling does not mean the treatment has been ineffective, and visible peeling should not be considered a measure of success.
TCA-based chemical peeling can improve certain forms of superficial pigmentation. BioRePeel may be considered for selected pigmentation concerns, but it is not necessarily the most appropriate treatment for conditions such as melasma, where inflammation can worsen discolouration.
Not automatically. Skin tone, sensitivity, current inflammation, previous pigmentation problems and recent treatments all influence suitability. Darker skin tones may have a greater risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation following chemical injury, making careful assessment especially important.
